Demanding but rewarding
In my current position, I have supported a variety of European Sales Companies and in addition have enjoyed liaising with Business Support/IT and Ford Senior Management, as well as mentoring new team members based in Hungary and programme authors in India. I am part of a great team, with strong working relationships and a good work ethic. The hardest part of the job is driving progress/change to long-established processes, such as the introduction of new system functionalities. The most enjoyable part of the job is receiving feedback from satisfied clients and being able to have a practical input into the provision of timely & accurate incentive payments to dealerships.
