Rewarding
Forevercare are a great company to work for with excellent employee incentives. The support provided and available from management is second to none, nothing is too much trouble and there is always a person to turn too. Staff have also been very helpful which was great to have in building up my own knowledge within the company. Fully paid training is provided before you start which was very helpful in preparing for starting work. YP’s within the company have a great level of support which is person centred and their needs are met to a high standard. If you strive to make a difference in the lives of young people then this is the only company to work with. Very rewarding job.

Culture and Environment, Benefits and Support
Since starting my employment with Forever Care, I have been welcomed with open arms and feel as though I have been accepted into a family not an organisation. Since my very first day I have been shown an immense amount of support from the works of each service provided by Forever Care and the roles of management, seniors and support workers. The growth of the organisation is exciting to be a part of and leads to growth both personally and professionally. Forever Care offer greats bonuses such as cash vouchers for completed shifts, health benefits at a gym/spa and in house training to further your development and professional progression within the organisation which also leads to a better understanding of the industry and the roles that are offered within the industry not only Forever Care.

Amazing workplace
I have been working at forevercare for around 3 weeks now. It is amazing to work for a company that really focuses on their staff. Management and all staff are so approachable and easy to talk to. If you want to work for a solid company that listens to their staff, this is the one for you.
