Phone interview for those that have good CVs. Into first interview and then practical test (for the creative roles). If successful with this into second interview and sometimes a second practical test or presentation.
My interview was relatively informal and welcoming. The managers seemed genuinely interested in me and took time to explain exactly what the role involved. Helped me firm up my decision that this was the job for me.
The interview process was intense. I was barely allowed a moment to reflect and I was also rushed into making a decision when they offered me a job.
