Senior Administrator/Shift Leader in Liverpool
on 11 November 2019
Amazing
8 hours shifts are beautiful. I have learned a lot of things - including payroll, HR info, and other aspects of administration. The management allows people to do their work to their best ability.

Wasted precious time with them.
People, this is probably worse agency Ive ever seen, first they promise you a job is available to start, they get you signed up and then tell you “ When work is available we'll give you a call” but you never hear from them. Why keep advertising a job that isn’t available? It’s absolutely ridiculous, waste off time people. They are not serious.

Shambles, 0 hours. 0 work.
Absolutely awful, advertise job every week yet they have no work. Been with them for 3 months, received 3 days work, receive availability email every week never no work. If you have a family or mouths to feed this do not work here. Only get a last minute phone call when they are stuck for a last minute shift they will tell you it’s ongoing every time and text you after every shift saying you are not needed, absolute shambles
Manufacturing Technician in Oxford

Bad experience
The job description sounded interesting before the interview. During the interview, there weren't many details about the role what was an absolute mistake from the project manager because the job ended up about doing almost nothing during the week. The low salary (which was different from the first call of the recruiter and the interview) was going to be compensated with overtime which was cancelled on the first day of the job. When Uk went for the first lockdown, we receive a SMS saying "don't come to work until further notice", no explanation, no details, no furlough, no more information so far (8 months later) so we all started in new jobs.Perhaps other projects of the company work fantastically but not the one based in Uniparts, Oxford.

This job is advertised AGAIN. This should set off an alarm
The fact this job is up for advertisement again speaks volumes. They cannot fill this job when they treat people the way they do. Stay clear if you value your mental state & your dignity
