Manager in Home Based

Good place to work for

Competitive salary & friendly colleagues. There was not much of a life-work balance at that time; however working from home compensated it. In overall I did enjoy my time there and would recommend it.

If your face doesn't fit you've no chance of progressing or even being made permanent. You're paid via umbrella company so are really only on around minimum wage instead of the wage advertised in the job description.

No clear pathway for career progression, poor management

Good salary but they lack proper work shift structure, management not organised, they employ for unavailable roles and waste employees times, allows you report to work only to be told no work. Salary are always paid on time, the contract are always are always zero hour.

Team Leader in Solihull, West Midlands

Terrible company

By far the worse company I have ever been employed by Human Resources are horrendous, Pay is never right, hours of work are changed with no notice,

Wasted precious time with them.

People, this is probably worse agency Ive ever seen, first they promise you a job is available to start, they get you signed up and then tell you “ When work is available we'll give you a call” but you never hear from them. Why keep advertising a job that isn’t available? It’s absolutely ridiculous, waste off time people. They are not serious.
