Whilst many of our positions have a standard 35 hour 5 day week all employees are able to request flexible working hours which ill be reviewed to support the needs of the service and the needs of the individual, and find the best pattern to suit.

A standard working week at Forward Trust is 35 hours a week. Many of our positions are Monday to Friday however we do have some positions which also require weekend working - please look at the individual job opportunities for this.Forward Trust offer flexible working opportunities

Remote working is available at the Forward Trust in a number of our roles. Remote working is not available across all positions as some of our services are delivered in secure environments such as prisons. We have a range of, remote, location based and hybrid opportunities available.

Acknowledge the complaints that have been made about service managers and increase the pay. Also, employ more people as we all have very high caseloads that we have to handle on our own, with no help from managers.
