Fosse Healthcare is a leading healthcare provider, specialising in a range of Home Care and Housing with Care services, and providing quality, trained staff for our Home Care, Healthcare and Care Home divisions.

Our Domiciliary division is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and delivers approximately 20,000 of hours each week to communities around across Midlands and beyond, for both private clients and local authority. We are continually looking to recruit caring, compassionate people into our Home Care team; in particular those with the foresight to always put the thoughts, feelings and needs of our service users first.

Alongside our Home Care division we also provide a range of staffing solutions to both public and private sectors, including hospitals, care homes and hospices, and are working to grow our fantastic Housing with Care schemes.

Would not work for them again

I would not work for this company . They do not care about their workers or the people they care for . As long as the shift is covered, that’s all they care about . The management is poor and they only care about making money . They cut back staff just to make more cash for their pockets

awful company. Jealous mangers who do not help progression. Do not support individuals who have disabilities

Managers do not listen to good employees when they have good knowledge. Managers are jealous of TUPE staff wages. Managers do not allow employees progression. Awful atmosphere. Need to be in with the click crowd otherwise you are not noticed and are belittled.
