Rotas are always Changing within minutes
No communication

Poor management and no regard for the employees

Bad organisation and the fact you can be out at work for 14 hours and only get paid for 8. The pay and the hassle are not worth the stress and anxiety this job causes.

Absolutely terrible management in the Mansfield branch. Very unprofessional
