Would not work for them again

I would not work for this company . They do not care about their workers or the people they care for . As long as the shift is covered, that’s all they care about . The management is poor and they only care about making money . They cut back staff just to make more cash for their pockets

Possibly the best job I've ever had, great management and tea m workers,

Friendly great team work, flexible hours, management are super, great hours that work around family life .Would highly recommend to work for especially at birch Court

awful company. Jealous mangers who do not help progression. Do not support individuals who have disabilities

Managers do not listen to good employees when they have good knowledge. Managers are jealous of TUPE staff wages. Managers do not allow employees progression. Awful atmosphere. Need to be in with the click crowd otherwise you are not noticed and are belittled.

Wouldn't do it again the worst company I've worked for in my life

What is the best part of working at the company?Nothing it was a zero hours contract most carers didn't know how to make a cup of tea and 1 person microwaved a salad!!What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Getting in touch with my manager What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Absolutely disgusting, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know What is a typical day like for you at the company?Rubbish, I wasn't respected by any of the office staff and most people couldn't talk English

Lot of work little pay

This job requires a lot of work for not a lot of money. It’s draining and you feel overworked but underpaid one week and the next there is no shifts for you.

Great place to work

Great place to work at. Not all hours are difficult they are quite flexible when it comes to hours but a lot of walking if you don’t have a car. I love the job and meeting new people though

Stressful no communication , pay poor, office staff don’t care 🤷‍♀️

Worked at Fosse a few months ago, management don’t think they even know what it means ,always fobbing staff off with lies , no communication , carers report things to office nothing ever gets done , always changing your run round , and adding calls on or taking them off and giving to their family and friends , half of the carers don’t have a caring bone in their bodies , pay is poor, no breaks which is against the law , I wouldn’t let this company look after my dog , unreliable, don’t trust anything they say it’s like working in a kindergarten , you don’t get no help from office feel like your on your own

Great management and colleagues

Great management and most colleagues were. I was stuck with a colleague that was burnt out and didnt do the job properly and constantly cut corners in her work which was effecting service users welfare. I told management, nothing was done so i quit. Fosse dont seem to care whats going on as long as the money keeps coming in. I would not let this company take care of anything let alone my relatives

Lack of support and leadership

I worked at this company for almost 1.5 years. During my time it was horrendous. As a manager there was no clear guidance on policies and procedures, if you required copies of these you were constantly battling with senior management to send this, which very often never transpires. There was no support. I practically rang the branch single handedly from Jan 2022 and when I did ask for support in the office, it fell on deaf ears. The senior management are very pally with each other and most are related, often when they visited the branch the didn't even acknowledge the teams. I have seen alot of staff turn over in this company, unsurprisingly. There is no clear induction/guidance when joining as an office member, your just thrown in at the deep end and left to figure things out. Overall with my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Unorganised with more work than sense

Avoid at all cost.. look somewhere else I think this company want clients at the expense of service and quality. Very unorganised and I didn’t recognise any of my payslips (all wrong) I left for that reason.. i couldn’t be more clear to them that the job description was wrong too… it was advertised and I was interviewed under a mental health support worker and my first job was personal care… changing pads, feeding and washing and dressing.. totally knew I was robbed from my first day.. I would definitely go there if you want a payslip you don’t recognise.. my clients were lovely and I love people, that’s why I gave this company the benefit of 5 months work.. but definitely should have gone somewhere else.

Ok for part time

Found to be un supportive and not always caring enough for its patients. Found the work load was flexible and good for part time along studies. Overall not a company I would work for long term.

Productive, fun and progression

I worked for Fosse for around 5 years and I loved every minute. Fantastic company and people who always made you feel welcome and able. Caring and very understanding.

I am we’ll sacrificed working with fosse healthcare, and gain a lot of experience in medications and with other duties

Fosse healthcare has been a good job experience have had in the UK, I really appreciate working with my other team and I haven’t regretted working at fosse healthcare.

Awful workplace

Did my interview in October and didn’t get a single full day shift in the 3 months I was there. Would cancel calls on me last minute without telling me. Tried to put me out of area on hours that weren’t apart of my availability. Wouldn’t follow My available days on/off and would argue I was suppose to work certain days when my written availability said different. Bad management. Didn’t say the real rate of pay on the application or interview and failed to mention you only got paid for the call time even tho you would complete several different tasks in 15-30 mins and only get paid a few £. Told me I’d be able to get my desired hours several times but when it came to my last day they said I wouldn’t be able to get them in my area.

Management are lovely always by your side for support understand your needs

Currently work for Fosse healthcare from the moment I joined it’s been nothing but positive. Always there for you always supporting you understand what shifts you can do they are a wonderful team Good pay loads of shifts

Good place

Was a nice organization to work with.. Learned lot of things... Branch manager, hr team and trainers were really good... The shift co ordinators were not good.. I didn't get paid for the mileage.

It’s a work place

The service users are amazing, the office staff are okay and since new management it has been better. However, the long hours can be draining and they will put you wherever. They’re not bothered what area you’re in, they will put you in multiple different areas
