Worst job
Customer Service Assistant (Former Employee) - Larnaca cyprus - 26 September 2023
The job is stressful. The paycheck is low Alot of favoritism Unrealistic targets ( bonus is not reachable unless you put alot of overtime) Toxic work environment The company will do its best to save a dime on anything even if it means screwing the agents up. Many agents quit between the 1st week and the 4th month. When you quit the management makes sure to make you feel unwelcome. Do yourself a favor and dont waste time working for this company.

Rubbish environment
Retentions Advisor (Former Employee) - Plymouth, Devon - 25 September 2023
Terrible workplace, rubbish management, 7 day straight rota sometimes. If you’re lickarses to mangers you’ll do well. Commission is only good for first couple months then impossible targets

Shambles
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - Swansea, Swansea - 22 September 2023
I would for “Sitel” for around 3 years. I loved the job at the start however I went on maternity and had the worst ever experience with the company where managers were asking me horrible questions in my return to work which had no thing to do with my work life. The only positive thing I have left the company with are friends for life, I have done so much for the company and to just get it chucked back in my face, if you ever go on maternity don’t expect them to message or ring you
Pros
Leaving the company

Could have been a lovely place.
Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) - Remote - 20 September 2023
I will always remember the kind lady who offered me the job in Glasgow for the Winter Vaccination Campaign. I found the team manager abbrupt and unhelpful to the point of adding to the no confidence in the systems used. Left day and half without access to the system which has probably undone 2 days of training. It really is sad. Frustrated as much as the job is quoted as easy, you somehow have to be IT ninja in behind the scenes applications. I found the staff beyond recruitment very stressed. Loved speaking to the customers though when I could get system access.
Pros
Hope I get paid by the disorganised outfit, Remote Working, DBS paid for, Very appreciative customers.
Cons
Own equipment that will hamper your days work, disorganised

Stay away
Sales Team Manager (Former Employee) - Coventry, West Midlands - 13 September 2023
I have spent / wasted 8 years of my life at this company putting in blood sweat and tears. To be fair it’s not ever worth it working there. I was constantly doing tasks for senior management, pay was worse than some advisors would be getting. HR is non existent and would have to wait for months before I decided to leave this place. Embarrassed to have worked here

Underpaid and Overworked
WFM Analyst (Former Employee) - Remote - 8 September 2023
The work day to day is good, but overall the pay does not reflect the skills it takes to the job I was assigned to. Submitting a request to go part time was straight forward, but the company does not put in the work to make your required hours fit within the company, despite saying they want to keep skilled workers. Company spending money moving offshore and rebranding but not able to pay us appropriately or at least give a bonus through cost of living etc. You are made to feel very replaceable.

Depends on the client you work for
Team Leader (Current Employee) - WFH - 4 September 2023
As team leader you are between the front line workers in the phone and either your manager or the client. I've been lucky with my manager and mainly client as well. But you can get difficult situations where your conscious and values are challenged by policies and expectations of the client. Usually fun to work with your direct reports though.

Official response from Foundever
8 September 2023Thanks for the review. I had fun with my team when I was a coach/supervisor too. The work at home culture really seems to enhance the connections, and it is so interesting to work with people all over the country. Thanks for taking the time to review Foundever. Jasmin at Foundever
I'm happy!
Learning & Development Manager (Current Employee) - Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear - 4 September 2023
Various contracts depending on who needs staff at the time The role is very much dependant on the client's needs which could be inbound, outbound, email, webchat, back office All of my team have progressed from agents as well as around 90% of the Team Managers - the Team Manager & Ops Manager Succession programmes help people who have shown that they are good at what they do and want to progress on their journey

Good
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - Longbenton - 4 September 2023
Great people, silly rules like no paper on the call floor makes for a boring day at times. Most managers are sound, can’t wear anything above the knee which gets uncomfortable in the summer.

Average
Customer Service Advisor (Current Employee) - Exeter, Devon - 30 August 2023
Pay not the best but being fully working from home is great. Management can be quite demanding however you can get picked up on things you did not even know you were meant to be doing and get disciplined even though you weren’t trained on them

Ideal for a temporary job
Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) - United kingdom - 29 August 2023
This role is ideal for somebody looking for something temporary, however would strongly avoid for somebody trying to progress in their career. No room for progression despite being told there is. A lot of work for little to no appreciation from staff or customers. No bank holidays, no incentives, no commission or just overall appreciation and the salary doesn’t reflect the amount of work the job takes.

Fun place to work but very cliquey
Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) - Coventry, West Midlands - 24 August 2023
Very cliquey culture, staff turnover is ridiculous. Even the staff that are higher up aren’t happy to be there. Social side is amazing but when you’re stuck at your desk the majority of the time it can be stressful.

Most toxic workplace
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - Swansea - 22 August 2023
I worked at foundever for 9 months and it really impacted my mental health, at first they had light you into thinking it’s an all inclusive workplace however after a few months come the cracks and behind all of that im your whole job is based on likability, the managers are toxic and progression is only an option if your face fits. They are employing r*pists and dealers who freely work around you they often have non working toilets and the parking is free but limited- literally take a job anywhere else than this place
Cons
Long hours, negative pressure, toxic environment

Good workplace
Customer Service Advisor (Current Employee) - Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear - 16 August 2023
Easy to travel too, friendly employees, can be tiring due to large amounts of calls depending on your campaign. Managers can be good or bad but that’s just normal for any sort of workplace

It was alright
Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) - Remote - 6 August 2023
Pay was okay but didn't match up to the amount you was expected to work. There was a lot of slow times where we basically did nothing but wasn't allowed to do anything other than stare at our screens. We wasn't allowed to make friends with the people we worked with because of security issues even couldn't share our company emails with each other.
