Not knowing which line you'd be working on, dis-organised, relaxed and helpful, picking up six biscuits at once, allowed to consume damaged product at break time.

Great place to work but the managers other wise known as red hats are awful they offer little to no help when it comes to managing the production line, will talk down at you with a horrible attitude. All the long term staff are either in the managers pockets or two scared to say anything in fear for their jobs. COVID 19 rules are non existent. Machinery consistently breaks down.

They expect you to work so fast that even the machines couldn't keep up with the speed. One of the person in charge who has been there longer time was struggling and even he said the machines are too fast. They expect you to grab 10 packets of biscuits, sometimes more all at once so you don't have time to even count how many packets you've picked up and even if you do count correctly, it's difficult to grab all those packets all at once. If you make a mistake and if there's a delay of 3 or more seconds, then expect the biscuits to fall on the floor and guess what? No one will help you! Same with machines, if there's a problem with the machine, the managers just stands there watching while they expect you to fix the machine quickly whilst it's still running. The managers don't know how to train new people and just expect people to learn and know everything overnight. Same with the other workers who have been there for longer period, they expect you to do everything and not a make a mistake otherwise they will talk about you negatively and make fun. I had one manager ask me in front of everyone in a weird and mocking way (even though I have been working with her most of the time in the same area as her and she knows how long I have been working there) "how long have you been here?" I said "I know you're trying to make fun of me and I will not tolerate such harassment. I'm going to report you for this." Since then she didn't open her mouth negatively against me and always put a fake smile in front of me. People there are horrible too. Very toxic and unhealthy environment. If - more...

Cons
Horrible people, terrible management, very fast paced and disorganised environment.
The worst company I have ever worked for. During covid 19 it seemed to be one rule for the uk but as long as the biscuits
Got produce social distancing didn't matter here. I saw 5 people from different families all sharing the same car because our HR said it was ok to do so. People feared for their jobs if they said no to the management requests.

I worked for foxs biscuits for 29 year's I was made redundant.240 of us got finished. I miss the people I left behind I worked on custard creams on 7/12 people were friendly enough.
Everyday is different not always the same.
management/managers are a joke, some are decent and will help but, that is only a few.
Management don't want to hear things that are negative, they only want to hear positive things.
Some people are favourites and some people get away with things. British people are expected to do more work than others. The factory thinking about trying to get everyone onto a 4 on 4 off shift not everybody likes it.
Since the Coronavirus and the lockdown more than 100+ People have been on sick lists some have had to come back due to not being paid.
Pros: being paid each week, paid breaks
Cons: Management,Managers,Favouritism
not a nice place to go to work, but it is easy enough for most people, biggest problem is low aptitude management who are very conservative to their employees in regards to race, religion and background.
No care for personal hygiene and handling biscuits, uniform is a joke, filthy overalls, bullying, no proper training, management are a joke, not a nice place to work
Pros
Paid weekly
Cons
Management love themselves and have their favourite employees

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
Fox's Biscuits is a fast paced environment to work. You can work on different machines example: Sorting biscuits out if no broken biscuits, baking department etc.
You need to work as part of a team but you also have to work as initiative on some departments
Fox's biscuits allowed me to adapt and learn new skills from using machinary to working under a fast paced environment. The environment is very welcoming and is fun. The management is superb because you change roles every half an hour so you gain a large ranged skill set.
good place to work good managment untill it was taken over by a new manager staff are really friendly and hour are good if yout not a parent with children
After working in a seasonal role for 4 years I interviewed and registered for seasonal work though have had not contact in spite of several phonecalls and emails. Feel like my time was wasted.
So I was with the agency the permeant staff treat you like dirt should avoid at all cost wouldn't work here again lesson learned.
They are such bully's

Cons

Appalling management and some employees are no better think they are better than new starters just because they’ve been there since leaving school!!!
There are no management skills at all
Pros
Weekend off
Cons
All I wouldn’t work there again management and staff are horrible
Good team work, could be quite stressful at times getting the orders out on time to go to customers. Good shifts and time off.
Learnt alot about logistics and received good training and advice from management
So many unprofessional individuals and that's top to bottom, bullying culture by the HR and they will intimate you , and above all else it's a dead end job for those that show they care.
