Work hard with no reward
If you love working above your pay grade then this is the job for you. You will never get recognition in frasers group for doing well but you will be told constantly if you are seen as failing. Expected to work over your hours most evenings even though you finish at 6 (later than most office jobs in the country). Good place to work, friendly colleagues. The work is stressful as it is a physical job and it involves a lot of walking and manually lifting. Slow progression.

Thankfully my manager was a family member but I saw how other teams were run and I’d of left sooner.No flexibility despite being given equipment to work from home you wasn’t allowed to.
