Favoritism
Diesel Technician (Former Employee) - Valley, AL - 14 May 2022
Nothing but favoritism shown. This company is great not so much this location. The owner of the company is top notch. Will do anything he can for his shops and employees. Management at this location is below the bar

Excellent company to work for.
Heavy Duty Mechanic (Former Employee) - Winnipeg, MB - 15 March 2022
Great company to work for. Freightliner Manitoba training courses did a lot for me. Freightliner Manitoba is big on keeping its technicians updated with the latest technology on all products they sell. Working at Freightliner for me was my family away from home in Jamaica 🇯🇲. Management and technician are easy to get along with. Great company to work for. Great team. Everyone that works for Freightliner Manitoba is a team player. Thank you, Freightliner.

More cons than pros.
Assembler/Production (Former Employee) - Gaffney, SC - 30 January 2022
Very physical and long hours. Only 20 minute lunch break and one 10 minute break no matter how long you work. It takes all of that time to walk to the bathroom or lunch room and heat your food. Expect you to work fast no matter if you’re waiting on a part or a problem. The line doesn’t stop.

Management is ok
Custodian (Former Employee) - Cleveland, NC - 12 October 2021
They run things okay but they have someone who don’t exactly know what they’re doing in charge. People run behind or the company is behind and you left to not finish job.

Toxic environment
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) - Augusta, GA - 24 June 2021
It’s very culty in how everyone interacts with each other. People like to team up and if you views don’t align with theirs then they’ll take an immediate disliking to you.
Pros
Good hours
Cons
Lack of work through out day, very boring

Believed in building Quality
Quality assurance (Former Employee) - Gaffney, SC - 27 May 2021
Put way too many people in quality only knowing what is put in front of them and not knowing the chassis’s from the ground up. Putting someone in quality from an assembler to quality with less than 5years experience.
Pros
Great benefits
Cons
Buddy Buddy system

Terrible company
Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic (Former Employee) - Mattawan, MI - 2 February 2021
Terrible company to work for very unprofessional decisions definitely involving people getting fired and letting them go for getting tested for COVID and not telling employees about other employees testing positive for COVID until they already been exposed to them
Cons
Terrible management and service manger
