Good job but tedious

Job itself was fine however there are times with little to do so can become quite tedious doing remedial tasks. Staff and students are generally great though

Management poor

Very unsupportive management basically just left to sort it out yourself. Very poor training. In 3 months of working there only met one senior member of staff near the end of my third month. Never met my line manager.

Housekeeping for 10 year

DON'T WORK THERE VOID at all cost cause they replaced u with agency cause they want u to work like u don't have a family in the living area bacisly they will take on any agency to pay them more and still expect u fo everything on minimum wage

Underpaid

Work long hours, sometimes even weekends with no extra pay. They are just looking for cheap labour. However, working with my team and students are fun.

On a site level it's a great place to work. However, management are little very help or support

The site team are all lovely, friendly hard working people. The support from head office is extremely limited and training is a joke. You just have to find stuff out yourself as there in no proper induction process.
