Workplace Culture
Sales (Former Employee) - Erith, Greater London - 7 November 2022
- Family-run business, capricious boss own all the things, they only trust themself. - Good place for starting career path, however not for senior level. - Huge competition between employees, if you need visa, maybe is a choice you can try. - Employees working here will not have any sense of belonging.

good for a part-time job
Part-time Marketing & event assistant (Current Employee) - Liverpool - 11 January 2022
they provide part-time jobs, which is not difficult to do and the salary is fair. they also provide expense reimbursement. so basically, if you look for a part-time job, it is a good place to go.

Typical small tacky Chinese Family business.
Account (Former Employee) - Erith - 10 October 2020
If you have a better choice, try somewhere else. Most workers there have no choice. There is nothing else Chinese care about but making the most of money.
Pros
Sometimes free lunch
Cons
Rude aggressive culture

Warning - stay away!!
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator (Former Employee) - Erith, Greater London - 14 March 2020
Firstly I must day that this company is very unprofessional has no idea at all on what they are doing. Couple that with the insults, disrespecting and managers that speak about you in their own language thinking you dont understand the toxic culture.
Team meetings are spoken 99% not in English, you will be lucky if you get a few words in or anyone that will trust you. No one works together for each department, each department doing their own thing, no teamwork, no trust, no business process and most importantly no progression.
A range of management in their position without the correct qualifications and experience. They haven’t an ounce of clue of what they are doing themselves, an instead make their assistants full on do their job responsibilities.
Meetings with outside clients, including directors and important people consist of management here just staying on their phone, messaging and not caring about the consequences or importance of partnerships, direct communication and business relations.
Very very bad salary, same position has been replaced a lot of times in short amount of time.
You will get threatened to be sacked for not doing something that’s not on your contract you agreed, and neither relevant to your job role.
They simple don’t care about peoples health, the way they treat people and the respect that doesn’t exist.
For your mental and physical health, please, I advise people to stay away from this company.
The only positive? We actually can take an 1x hour break.

Really bully environment. Discrimination. No contract, no staff handbook. Unprofessional. All staff just graduated. The worst environment I've ever work for.
