The biggest problem is they advertise a job with higher hourly rates but this includes holiday pay. So you have a holiday but you won't get paid. They should inform the candidate at the interview, before moving on.

They are a good stepping stone; for newly qualified drivers.They have plenty of work. I was allocated a laundry company weekends permanently.The company will give you enough notice..

Have worked here previously and have recently come back they are a really nice firm to work for always helpful finding something tailored for you needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for flexible working options with good earning potential.

bad work place

complete waste of time do not work here or even apply they mess you about with wages the staff treat you with no respect.. awful place! they should be ashamed.. at the beginning they ring you about the job ask you too send proof off address and photo ID then ignore you for about a week.. the day before the induction your chasing them up about confirmation details about the times and what too bring etc.. and nobody gets back too you after saying they will send all relevant information and and don't. its just a bodge job place and very unprofessional.

Good place to work - there are always jobs available

I have worked for FTS Group for over a year. It is a good place to work, the team are very helpful and will always find shifts that are suitable to your needs. Always available for enquires and take the time to make sure that you are enjoying the work too. The team check up on you which doesn't happen too often in other companies I've worked for.

Unsympathetic management

Not impressed by treatment from certain individuals (not Sheral). Due to unforeseen circumstances events arose which were treated with a lack of empathy. Totally unimpressed.

bad company

Sent me to complete days at dhl next worked a 12 hr shift for three days only paid me for half and never got it back then refused to give me other work found a better agency that supplied daily work and paid what was owed no arguments my opinion avoid unless you want to get screwed out of money earned

Recently booked for a shift, arrived on time (1 hour drive + nearly 2 hours drive back). Not needed and cancelled a day before, but the agency was not bothered to inform me about that. 3 hours driving and day of work wasted. They don't want to pay a days wages equivalent, just refund of petrol used offered. It's not the industry standard not too pay for unwanted or cancelled staff if you cannot do your job properly and expect the drivers to pay for their mistakes

They only look out for they’re own and god forbid it comes to you getting a job or one of they’re friends, you’ll loose 10/10. The management was nice until you notice the favouritism factor.

Depending on contracts, there is plenty of hours you can work, as any other agency work can sometimes be intermittent. I generally haven't had many bad experiences with this, but just always keep your options open.

Fake Advertisment

They advertising a lot higher wage than is in reality. They say you earn 39000 with 12,50/hour... if you work 52 weeks out of 52... Companies like this they should be sued for fake advertisment.

First called about a HGV1 job in Dartford that FTS posted. Got a prompt response and after a next day interview, I went for an induction and passed within the week. Started straight after. Cheers
