Great team environment!
My particular role (within Business Continuity) was a great team environment and had a really good and supportive management team. OK there are the expected stresses and demands as in any business environment but we’ll handled and actually a really enjoyable work experience.

Professional, team oriented, relaxed but rigorous management.
Extremely professional overall. Comparatively open, principled and accountable. Very supportive of development and supporting ambition. One of the most enjoyable companies I have worked for.

Good introduction to GSIs
Good work/life balance. Useful to understand how GSIs work. Slow to get ideas moving. Innovation comes out of Germany and Japan. Traditional hierarchical management structure.
