The Team leaders couldn't motivate themselfs let alone staff, they lack motivation communication and general people skills they would rather fire you than help you and if you think something could be done better I suggest you keep that to yourself because questioning there authority could lead to you being sacked. The favouritise certain staff and give them the better jobs whilst agency workers get all the rubbish jobs and grief if something has gone wrong. The team leaders I am on about work 4 on 4 off shift on DTC

Stressful

Lead management don't no what they are doing on a daily basis and except all the normal Warehouse operatives to take a role of a manger. Plus you have a selection of staff that will do nothing and get away with it.

There was never any work it was boring the agencies are really bad they don't let you know what's going on and then they layed us all off after telling us it was temp to perm but we were never made perms

Poor management, minimal work to do most of the time, agency lady is terrible, doesn’t seem to ever solve any problems, and is mostly away rather than at the warehouse. If you are working through agency they don’t care about you

Awfull workplace

I was given a job at funko laid of twice the management don’t appreciate good hard workers simple interested in the young. I worked there was never of never late and did the wirk of 2 men and I yet was still laid of a lot f favouritisum for sure would not recommend this place or the siamo agency to anybody

I was well suited to this type of work, i got compliments on my work, from 3 different managers and I thoroughly enjoyed my work, this job came to an end has the company relocated to Coventry.

workers good management bad

worked at funko through an employment agency. The team I worked with in warehouse were great helpful, chatty fun bunch. the management on site not so good, you could not trust a thing they said. Example a couple of days before Christmas the manager got everyone together and said because of all the hard work we had put in we could go home half day and would be paid after we had gone there seemed to be a change of heart and he decided not to pay anyone so everyone lost a half days pay, an never so much as an explanation for why and working for an agency doesn't help as they wouldn't look into the matter with funko because they have a conflict of interest in the sense they don't want to rock the boat as they don't want to lose a contract worth hundreds of thousands of pounds they have with funko. so pretty much a bad experience working for funko.

it was an okay place to work once you knew what you was doing also the members of staff would good to talk to as well. the hours were okay but Long as it was 8-5 plus a lunch break from 1.20-2.00

A busy lively office managing large requirements for customers. Juggling stock requirements sometimes made things difficult but communication with colleagues aided in fulfilling shortfalls.

It's a nice place, I haver learned how to work in a warehouse. Workmates are nice, supervisor nice as well, just one of them is shelfish and arrogant. Poor management
