I enjoyed working as a team and learning new skills everywhere I work. The management cares about every staff and they respect diversity. I love the job I do because I am creative and love to welder and build.

Enjoyable place to work. Inclusive culture.

Friendly and enjoyable working environment within the company. A flexible and non-micromanagement culture. A supportive and understanding management team and allows you to enjoy a good work life balance. Have enjoyed the last 10 years working for Fusion People as a company.

Strong work-life balance, supportive

Great opportunity, treat you like an adult and let you get on with the role.

The Directors are very experienced and know their markets very well. They allow you to get on with the role, the focus is on developing relationships with clients and candidates rather that just target irrelevant KPI's.They want you to perform and make money for yourself and the company.Fusion have an excellent client base they support and there are opportunities to work with these from the start.A good environment in the office, very friendly.

Excellent client base, strong candidate database and reputation in the market.

Suits a self starter who can get on with the role.

Horrible management

They only care about money, no respect for the staff at all , worst ever work life balance, toxic environment, full of unwelcoming and two faced managers. The shifts are unreliable one week you could have 6 shifts another you could have 1! You will be asked to travel even 3 hours from your own time unpaid just to do a 4 hour shift in the middle of nowhere. I've had times where I've been threaten because I was working by myself which made me to feeling unsafe and still they don't care. In one word: AVOID

They tell you a client has offered you a job, once you been to the interview. They contact you for paperwork signing, then you don't hear back. They don't answer the phone.

Shocking do not touch this agency

Worst agency ever, you've been warned. Will stitch you up and promise you work. Bullying culture and management is non existent. Would rather be on the dole than work for this lot again

not fun, all bsusiness.

had to travel too far to work, most of the station staff made me feel un-welcome. I learned that I was there to work or cover whilst people cannot be bothered to do what I wanted to(work for my money). The management were hardly ever around, I believed that people were very two faced, the hardest part of the job was being there, the best part was lunch and going home!

going home early

management, supervisor, staff, office politics

What a big pile of rubbish,Fusion recruitment

You are meticulously being recruited by people that never seen in their live what a building site look like. I am doing telehandler jobs for more than 7 years, and my references and people I was working with can tell how good driver I am. The people I was working with finished 1st phase in January with the next one due in March. So I am looking for any work. First,Fusion People offer me a job close by for 2-3 months minimum contract.Been there for 3 days and the machine gets off hire so then no work for me. Second after couple of days they offer me another job this time for 4 weeks. I am going there to do my job and after ONE day they decided to offload any lorries by mobile crane so therefore no need for a forklift,or a driver. I lost two weeks of work because of Fusion. My question to everyone is: AM I THE UNLUCKIEST FORKIE TO LOOK FOR A JOB?

was too short experience to notice any

lots of stress when it could've been straight forward
