An absolutely fabulous experience working working at Fusion. Just wish they didn't sack me for no good reason. Fusion have the potential to be a world player in the construction conglomerate scenario. They have a few issues related to trusting the source of information passed up the ladder by their project managers. Sort this out, and they will not only secure major projects, but attract experienced and committed engineers. They are an engineering firm. And l think they may have, to some degree, lost sight of this. God bless them. l wish them well.

they will pay you less than going rate and muck you about with jobs and forget about a call back, avoid at any cost terrible agency, don't know what they are doing absolute coboys

Do Not Bother !!!

Do not even have the decency to reply to Emails when people get laid off after 12 months with, wait for it............. 1 DAYS NOTICE !!! Shocking & Selfish Agency. AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros

Payroll have a firm grasp of Sage-pay (nothing else)

Cons

Not interested, even in long term staff, they know for weeks people are being laid off, get 1 day notice off site, no response from fusion at all. REPORTED !

Bullying culture, management sack people on a whim. No direction, poor organisation, and talentless managers who haven't got a clue about the process or build order, delays were always seen as the workers fault. Pay rate was good, but long hours and shift pattern not so good. Over time is expected of employees. Bad culture at this place together with low morale. Avoid is best advice.

Shocking do not touch this agency

Worst agency ever, you've been warned. Will stitch you up and promise you work. Bullying culture and management is non existent. Would rather be on the dole than work for this lot again
