Marvellous wonderful great is this company change my life I went from an introverted shell of a woman into superwoman through working four days a week nine till five not getting any hassle from anybody able to do my job and just everything is wonderful. The payroll the work of the everything is fabulous. I am just filling in the space now so I can get my £50 voucher hopefully what do they expect you to do a whole essay this is absolutely ridiculous I would’ve thought by now I would have completed it

Iv worked with fusion for some years now and they have never let me done they have always been there to help me specially Hellen thorp at the Doncaster branch in wabtec. If I have ever needed to know anything she would be on the case and find out near enough straight away. All in all a very good company to work for and help you to find a job that can become in the future.

Horrible management

They only care about money, no respect for the staff at all , worst ever work life balance, toxic environment, full of unwelcoming and two faced managers. The shifts are unreliable one week you could have 6 shifts another you could have 1! You will be asked to travel even 3 hours from your own time unpaid just to do a 4 hour shift in the middle of nowhere. I've had times where I've been threaten because I was working by myself which made me to feeling unsafe and still they don't care. In one word: AVOID

Do Not Bother !!!

Do not even have the decency to reply to Emails when people get laid off after 12 months with, wait for it............. 1 DAYS NOTICE !!! Shocking & Selfish Agency. AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not interested, even in long term staff, they know for weeks people are being laid off, get 1 day notice off site, no response from fusion at all. REPORTED !

Mechanical Fitter (Former Employee) - brush traction loughborough - 11 April 2019

Brush Traction is ran like a dictatorship if you step out of line you are sacked. if one of the managers make a mistake look out they will look for a fitter as a scapegoat. Contractors are second rate in their eyes and their own guys motto is there's no rush at the brush meaning leave it to the contractors to pick up the slack. Lead engineers have not a clue on decision making. shop management know nothing about rolling stock and what goes on in the workshop ignorance is bliss.Would I recommend anybody working here. If you want to rake in the overtime do very little not get on in the company see it as a short term gap filler then go for it. But if you want a decent job decent environment without fear of back stabbing on a daily basis then do not work here.

Bullying culture, management sack people on a whim. No direction, poor organisation, and talentless managers who haven't got a clue about the process or build order, delays were always seen as the workers fault. Pay rate was good, but long hours and shift pattern not so good. Over time is expected of employees. Bad culture at this place together with low morale. Avoid is best advice.

Worked here for on going 3 years nearly got finished at Christmas time because they’re was “no work bearing in mind they was in debt from not turning out the work “full of two faced people that couldn’t organise a thing if they had instructions to.. You cannot speak your mind here as your job is always at risk you have to switch off and act a robot, the engineers took 4 hours to come down and literally say yes to a idea a friend had already suggested to save time and money then towards the end of the day he offered overtime for the 4 hours that had been wasted for the engineer to come down and say “yeah I think this is right” do yourself a favour and avoid these !!

Terrible agency

Stay away from this agency it is run by a bunch of idiots, who will insist that you take a asbestosis Test so Thay will benefit from the profits and you'll never work with it , Thay pay a lower rate than any others as well.
