A good stepping stone

Swimming Teacher (Former Employee) - Surrey - 24 June 2021

A good place to work if you are happy in your position. However, there is very little funding put into staff development or growth.Most of the teams include some lovely staff, but the turn over is quite high as with most leisure centres.

Fun and friendly workplace

Qualified Swimming Teacher (Current Employee) - London - 24 October 2015

I enjoy teaching students a skill of mine which is swimming. It is lovely seeing progress each lesson. I have learnt from this job that it takes time to improve on things but when you apply effort and determination in everything you do - you will ultimately see results. Management are very supportive and colleagues are friendly.

Awful.

awful environment. awful management. too busy covering their mistakes and scheming staff out of money. every month massive issue with pay which takes MONTHS to resolve, if it ever does get resolved. very clicky. managers have more important, unrelated work situations which take priority over the business.

A great place to work at with great benefits. Very hard working team that constantly delivers excpetional customer service. Management exceeds expectations; the whole team is treated as family :)
