Bullying management and training staff

On your feet all day with this job. Repetative. pay is ok. Management and training staff speak to people in an appalling manner (they bully people). Constantly get into trouble for the slightest thing, worse than being at school. Little wonder there is such a high turn over off staff.

Poor management

minimum pay. staff are very rude and most of them can't even speak basic English.İnside is cold and management is very bed.Stay far away.There is not for normal people.

Got a target to get. No time to talk

It hard working place. Always running around. Not enough hours to get the job done. Work can be a bit stressful some days. Need more experience worker to do the job. Under my quality control management my boss is fare and understanding. Can’t ask for a better boss. Fyffes distribution highbridge

Really enjoyed my time at fyffes distribution in highbridge, driving forklift trucks and order picking various fruit and veg ( not just bananas) I'd probably still be there if it hadn't been taken over all those years ago
