Fyte est une société différente des autres,tant par la bienveillance que la direction a envers ses salariés,que par l’ambiance studieuse et décontractée qu’ont les Fyters.

Fyte m'a formé et accompagné, en m'offrant des perspectives d'évolutions claires et challengeantes, dans un environnement de travail toujours sain et agréable, propice aux échanges réguliers. Le management y est participatif, bienveillant et challengeant. Fort travail d'équipe et partage de valeurs.

Man hat hier Zeit für das Wesentliche, muss keine unsinnigen KPIs erfüllen nur um sie erfüllt zu haben sondern jeder kann das tun, was für seinen Markt richtig und wichtig ist. Die Führungskräfte vertrauen den Mitarbeitern und helfen an der Stelle, wo Hilfe gebraucht wird. Guter Service, super Arbeitsklima. Sehr flexibel und gute Karrierechancen.

De plus les consultants sont particulièrement investis envers les candidats et leur recherche d'emploi.

Enfin un cabinet innovant !

Allez voir leur site internet, c'est le seul cabinet à proposer aux candidats de faire des cv video. Cela m'a permis de mettre en avant ma maîtrise de l'anglais.
Leur locaux sont frais et modernes et les consultants que j'ai rencontrés sont dynamiques et surtout à l'écoute, ça change !
