Very easy to get the job got offered it straight away hardly any questions just a when can you start and come in to sign contract Early morning starts cleaner left on your own after two days nightmare to order equipment in having to work on shop floor while shops are open pay wasn't best and on low hours only no available way to get more hours if you require

Company is too unorganized

Managers get the supervisors to do their job, making their job more stressfulThey OFTEN underpay holidays and make you wait until the next month to get them, if your lucky. Have experienced times when this was put off until the month after that!Some people hired were hired as friends of the manager/supervisor and had limited to no experience.
