Culture a lot of people mention cakes a lot and in the main they are lazy
Doesn't matter how well you do if you don't fit in you'll never get anywhere unless your Daddy works there then you'll get the job no matter what.
What's the point in staying.Worst company ever just out to make money. They say they are part of the local community when all they want to do is sell off the land they have to build more houses to make more money at the expense of the staff and local community. Shame on you GE Aviation
