Thanks for the question! Our process is that we ask candidates to apply online and then the next stages would be an experience shift and structured interview with a Bakery Manager. Slightly different for management - we'd ask them still to apply online but then have a telephone interview with the lovely Recruitment Team and go from there, with a potential experience shift and interview with an Ops Manager.
It was good. They put you to work for 3.5 hours to prove yourself. But I will say that making you redundant in a pandemic by email and not a personal phone call is vey un- professional.
