Stop pretending to have an open door culture and an approachable management structure. You know full well that if anyone dares say anything about the company not following it's own 'for show' procedures on everything from working hours to safety you have the managers on site hound them and treat them like dirt until they have no choice but to leave at which point you blacklist them with future employers.

Nothing i can think of, I would love to work for Building East Mids or Partnerships again. They never made you feel anything but a valued member off staff. I only left due to perm person taking my job from me when they had no other project to go to. So sad at leaving.
