Our global HQ is in Nottingham, UK & is home to over 1000 employees. This is where we design our miniatures, games, books, paints, brushes & all the other products that people need to enjoy these gem-like creations. We also design & make the injection moulding tools that allow us to manufacture our miniatures to the highest standards. Every Citadel miniature sold worldwide is designed, engineered, manufactured & packed at our HQ, then dispatched to one of our global warehouses or straight to the customer.

We have almost 500 retail stores in 23 countries, as well as trade sales teams selling to over 4000 independent retailers worldwide. The UK retail operations, European trade sales & export sales to territories where we don’t have stores are all run from our HQ.

GW Retail - Not What most people think it is!
Don't expect to be able to apply for promotion or advancement internally. In retail there is a glass ceiling with you won't pass beyond unless you are a "favourite". Great Employers.
Games Workshop is a unique business where value is placed on the behaviours you show over immediate skill. You are supported in your role with regular training and support, with clear KPI’s set. The business itself looks after its staff and I honestly feel appreciated for the work I do.

Be prepared to be treated differently ,other people get away with not working. No chance to move departments nor flexibility on shifts etc .a mixed bag really .

The experience can vary a lot depending on the department you work and the manager you report to. Some are great while others are clearly unfit for their position.
