Disappointed with how things turned out - length of service no meaning to GAP

The company has no regard for length of service, i learned this the hard way. GAP was my first step onto the career ladder after leaving University and I am grateful for the skills i learned working within the busy credit control team. The family feel of GAP is what really sets it apart from other workplaces, the director's knew you by name and there was no shortage of social activities put on....

Wouldn’t bother

I’ve been with gap for nearly 2 years only pay rise I got was when I changed job roles. They don’t sit down to discuss the pay rise you just get told what your new wage is (which is never a lot) and if you don’t like it your shown the door.

Don't bother!!

A fair selection of staff are absolute ****heads! Instead of working as a team they like to make comments behind your back instead to your face and think they know everything and get away with it. They think it's okay to criticise you on your choices and just like to create a negative work environment.Don't bother joining, you'll soon regret it and be wanting to leave quicker than you think!
