Production Operative (Former Employee) - Wrexham, Wrexham - 21 October 2023
If you want soul destroying work for minimum wage then this is the place for you. Never know how long you'll have a job for, the agents are about as useful as a chocolate teapot

No work after a couple of hours and sent home
Packer (Former Employee) - Heywood, Greater Manchester - 25 August 2023
There was no work after a couple of hours and then made to just walk about and look busy. Also management didn’t know what they was doing And very forgetful. Forgot I even had previous holidays booked off as the agency and the warehouse staff do not communicate Worse job ever and wouldn’t go here. You will be sent home most of the week or walking about bored looking for stuff to do.

Worked here for minimum wage temp job so expectations were pretty low. However, they did find me a couple of temp gigs fairly quickly - warehouse and factory work

A supportive, fun company
Manager (Current Employee) - United Kingdom - 6 July 2023
A good company that is supportive, has a good welcome to the company experience and career pathways. This is a growing company, that still has that small family business feel.

Overall they were efficient and kind
Warehouse operative (Current Employee) - Norwich pasta foods - 26 June 2023
Gap trading in Norwich provided me with a decent position at one of there warehouses and got back to be within a few days therefore, can’t complain. The interview process was quick and not stress free really. I made a mistake on my first day and the manager of the agency gave me a loft back home to grab my things and head back in time for my first shift. I was called before and after my first day to just check in which, was nice so Norwich agency looks like they’ve got it on lock.
Pros
Attentiveness
Cons
Long hours

Dreadful communication
General Operative (Former Employee) - Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire - 27 April 2023
Dismissed from what was advertised to be an ongoing assignment without any prior notice and given no explanation as to why. I've since had my phone calls avoided/ignored so couldn't recommend.

Health Care Assistant/Support Worker (Current Employee) - Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire - 12 April 2023
A trusted agency that supplies healthcare assistants and support workers to care homes and client home services. Provides training to staff before they embark on their various assignments and duties. They also provide assistance to you while you are at work. Though based in Hull, they have a wide coverage of clients and care homes where they supply services.
Pros
Competitive pay and pension
Cons
Long hours

Absolutely vile management
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire - 24 March 2023
If you have an ounce of respect for yourself DO NOT work with these. You're treated like dirt and if you have an issue at work agency they say they'll find you somewhere else and never contact you again. There's plenty of other agencies to work for.
Pros
You earn a wage
Cons
Rubbish 🗑

Not worth the hassle
Farm Worker (Former Employee) - Hackthorn, Lincolnshire - 18 January 2023
Very poor company to go with through employment. Nice enough people but once you sign the dotted line you are left with their client company with no/inefficient training. They do not check up with you (which was promised) and they do not follow up to make sure the employee has received any training. Only care about their portfolio and getting positions filled. Avoid.
Pros
Weekly Pay
Cons
No training
