It s a decent work place, I was hired fast after interview. I found always support to solve my problems. But I didn t get many times enough hours, I work 6 hours daily. Otherwise it was a good environment, no pressure and friendly colleagues.
Not enough work hours, one hour break unpaid.
I was hired to do a couple of weeks admin for a company through Gap. Enjoyed the job. Wage was good. About a month or two after my contract finished I received a phone call from someone at gap accussing me of obtaining money from gap.I think they said I was over paid £500. I offered to show them my bank statement to prove that I hadn't received the said amount. The person got disgruntled and ended the call.
Was given I good work placement.
Ignored my emails for 2 weeks until I persistently emailed them everyday for a week, then told me my other emails were ‘unnecessary’ when all I wanted to know was if there was any work going in my area as I like to be on the move, wouldn’t recommend to anyone was there for 2 weeks
When i signed up for gap personnel as a HCA i expected hassle free process as i had sent all documents and training up to date and everything they had asked for. i received various phone calls asking for more documentation and that they had not received my documents when i explained i did send them and the person managed to find them. i then received emails asking for further documents but really strange requests documents that a normal workplace does not need to see, the company was highly disorganised and it took them some time to process a simple passport for ID this took them a week before they sent me an email again asking for more proof of address they already had 4. the whole process was around 4 weeks before they even sent off for my references so if your hoping to start with this company within a week it will definitely not happen, they didn't really know what they where doing and wanted to share my personal data without my permission this data was protected and no body but the company had the right to know this information. all in all it was a pretty stressful process and i hope that they can amend the process to make it less disorganised. I did not want to continue with my application process as the signs where already clear i wasn't going to be happy working for gap personnel.

Having worked through various agencies for years , I’ve found Gap technical to be one of the best . If I’ve ever had a issue on any job a quick phone call sorts it all out within the hour . I’ll always go back to them if they’ve the contracts available.
Excellent communication with staff
This was my first time finding work through an agency and GAP were excellent.The team are professional, friendly and helped me find a great temporary job.I highly recommend them!
Clear communication. Provided free staff transport to and from work.
The management is very poor - if you look to be treated fairly, this is not the place for you.This company treats people like they are disposable at any time of the day

Horrible agency, cant trust them at all. They don't care about people. Send You to place where they don't need You, so You must go back home and nobody pay for You for loose time and fuel!!. Loose time for this agency.

Minimum wage if your lucky from this outfit after they've sucked your blood, Then you'll be ringing to chase up your pennies every week with no pay still last thing Friday. Tried to keep my week in hand rang ACAS some poo came out then they paid what they owed

Was offered a job in Llantrisant, went for an induction which was all fine- then when it came to starting work I was given very poor communication from my supervisor with one word blunt replies with spelling and grammar errors- very unprofessional. I tried ringing her number which was what I was told to do, I tried emailing and texting as well as ringing the cardiff branch but no answer for days. I put off plans for weeks because of the lack of contact and was told there was nothing they could do when I complained about it. I left before I even started the job because of the awful management, I wouldn’t recommend working for gap personnel unless you have no social life and can cope with last minute and minimal contact.
Awful contact, unprofessional management, no staff consideration
company itself was okay. hours were okay, job itself was absolutely fine and a good challenge. actual employment didnt last long and wasnt a fault of my own

Filled applications out was offered a job a week later,never had an issue with pay and always get back to you when you need them too. Easy to work with/for
Easy to get hold of
Gap in Wrexham doesn't respect its workers. It's shame to ask all the time for work and get "punishment " if you don't want to go to some factory that it's hard to work for because of people there, rules etc. Basic salary even if you work overtime (more than 40hours). They tend to cancel your shift and call the day after asking if you can go to work ASAP. not recommended at all

The staff at Gap personnel were very thorough and helpful. The job promised came through and I started promptly. Any calls were returned, the same for emails. After having a personal issue ,Gap personnel liased with the company and I returned to work. Pay was on time and always correct. I have only good things to say about Gap personnel in Stoke.
