When I started at GatenbySanderson it was discussed that there was a lot of room for progression and opportunity's to earn more money. I am very interested in trying to earn more money and of course progressing in my career. I now feel that GatenbySanderson can not offer me this opportunity and so I am looking at other options.

Bullying work environment

Managers do not offer any kind of support and are completely untrustworthy. There is a discreet bullying policy where you get pushed out of you do not want to share your work life with your personal life.

Family feel and great opportunties for development

Support services (Current Employee) - Home based - 22 May 2019

I've worked at GS for almost 2 years now and thoroughly enjoy the family feel to the business. Although it's growing at quite a pace, it still feels very personal. The Chief Exec knows everyone's name and we have a great HR leader in post to make sure our development is looked after.

Pros

Flexible working ethos, positive culture and development opportunities.

Cons

Nothing really, but as we are growing we need to protect the culture.
