Due to the way you are treated by supervisors and managers, I felt the need to quit. It is not a pleasant place to work. It is stressful and hard work, and there is a constant pressure to be perfect and working at 100%. We are people, not robots! If any mistakes are made, you are taken to the office to be reprimanded. You are barely given chance to talk and defend yourself. People have been reduced to tears because of how they were and are treated there, and they are not very empathetic. I would not recommend working for this company!

Pros

Pay is okay. Allowance for food. Fair shifts for work-life balance

Cons

Hard work. Stressful. A lot is expected of you. Bullying. Bad management

Horrible workplace

The unit I worked at I did not have a good experience, the women I worked with were very nasty people who often picked on me, and even planted a set of keys on me. 10/10 would never work here again

Everything looked nice in the beginning,after first week in there a colleague started bullying me very badly, the example came from the manager, gutted.

company not good to work for

the company is no nice to work for there is one rule for one and one rule for another and the canteen I worked in grinds you down and the canteen I worked in there was too many people thinking that they were in the boss it was like too many bosses and not enough normal workers there are a lot of people who hated working for gather and gather

Worst two years of my life

Horrible experience staff are evil and selfish Management haven't got a clue what they are doing customers walked into the place expecting to be treated like royalty at the end of the day it was only a canteen for goodness sake! They weren't enough staff to run the place efficiently it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish when I was dismissed purely just because I wasn't in the click it was a blessing in disguise
