Staff left to own devices with no imput from upper management. Payroll is a shambles, wrong tax codes, wages missing. Money deducted when it shouldnt etc. . . Look elsewhere.

Stressful and manager dont have time for you

This place is a joke you don't get full training as the managers don't even know the job them self. Dont get full uniform no safety shoes given rips shirt managers don't have time for you and there food makes you sick and when I raise this issue they got funny with me and started saying you stated this allegation about are good . What about the unfair treatment in the workplace

Management are all over the place! - cut backs everywhere!! - want you to work miracles whilst very short staffed. - no discipline for the people who actually do something wrong but discipline people for the slightest error. - bulling and manipulative senior manager is just out to get everybody and doesn’t even lift a finger themselves. - just expect you to do overtime when you say you can’t do it. - lots of people ringing in sick because of the stress and work load that they expect people to do. - training is by FAR the worst I’ve ever encountered. - false promises when you start (manipulating) - more focused on what’s going on in people’s personal life than work

poor communication

lack of communication between management and teams. No training provided. work left to supervisors. Management always on meetings, but do not communicate it further to team members.

This extremely food passionate company changed my look on how food should be presented. Customer and employee focused with a passion for a great food and service. Great place to work with such an difference from other food and beverage companies.
