very busy catering operation the hardest part of my job is the shifts, and job life balance the most enjoyable part of the role is the sense of achievement and the great comments on the food, I have a great team that work hard but are open to improvement,

Aim - Revolutionise contract catering within the work environment by bringing a modern fresh feel to purpose built restaurants offering quality healthy food with excellent swift service. Working side by side the client senior heads, predominantly from the PSG sector. Building, designing, project managing the new sites catering outlets. Whilst preparing for a new openings a day would include all forms of HR, Hiring paperwork and legalisation. Supporting tradesmen and craftsmen to ensure all work is being carried out on time and within budgets. The purchasing and selection of crockery, glasses, displays Uniforms and all other items required for BOH and FOH prep and service. All training of new staff and organise development courses. Put in place all health and safety, HACCP and COSHH regulations, training and paperwork. Work with the chefs to create manageable cost effective daily changing menus. Management of all Fiscal matters within designated unit. Creating presentations for senior management. Managing Hospitality, private events, a coffee shop and meeting rooms in a designated building. Business development within the unit to maintain and increase customer numbers (High Street Competitors). Learned new things everyday regarding project management, due to every project being completely unique and constantly finding solutions to problems that would spring up on a daily in some way or another.
