no clue what so ever!i was employed by the agency igloo, never again, i was there for five years trained on the shop floor learning everything i needed, i enjoyed the early years of being here, until the fast track supervisor was taken on he made it his mission to give me a hard time because i was the bosses son, also that i knew how to do the job better then him, i was put in the office to many times due to this man, i couldn't even try to do my job without this guy giving me trouble, my agency wasn't interested at all it came down to, them not believing me at all because it was the fact i was just a temp, who was claiming a full time employee was bullying me, never again will i be a contractor via this agency, useless!

Not a good company to work forManagement is full of people who have been recruited beyond their capabilities, due to them fitting the YES man criteria. HR are no help. Payslips are given out 10 days after pay day and if you try to contact HR you get no response. They want to run operations lean, working what staff they have to the bone. No understanding, recognition or appreciation for technical skill. The lack of management understanding of what is going on means that some staff can get away with doing minimal work as prodcutivity is not measured

If Carlsberg made companies this wouldn't be itWow what a company loved every minute it was a pleasure to work with the totally clueless management they do a great job spinning on chairs.A typical day can be spent in the yard wet through and shivering for 8 hours due to the fantastic company issue work wear straight from a Bangladesh sweat factory, the thin material used is ideal for the spineless inhabitants of the company to slide there knives straight into your back with no resistance.Work hard all year and fill the uk with cars nobody either wants or can afford and you will be handsomely rewarded to one of Tesco,s finest no frills doughnuts,( sadly bonuses don't get better than this at GBA not for the workers anyway).Any problems you may have are swiftly addressed by the excellently incompetent HR department, that is if there not too busy working out the next loop hole the company can jump through.0 Hours contracts are the dish of the day here be a yes man accept the knives in your back remove your spine and slither around snake like and you might just progress to two doughnuts. Oh and don't forget to wear your GBA hat with pride.

EncredibleI toughly enjoyed working at GBA, it was by far the best environment I've had the pleasure to work in. I gained a lot more motor vehicle experience and they were helpful in showing me new skills. The coworkers were very socialable and welcoming.
