Jobs great - company not so great

The job is excellent, and although you work long hours it can be very exciting. The company needs improvement though, especially scheduling vans etc too take custodies where they need too be.

Great job , horrible people

I worked in a Sheriff court the job is so rewarding and engaging. Yes sometimes very difficult with managing custodies but that’s par for the course. The problems I had was the management and staff they were horrible. I was miserable after about 1 month. I could do nothing right. Awful place to work. No work life balance. Other staff are awful and management don’t care when you raise issues. Managers have their favourites and they get the better jobs
