Reconsidering the bonus schemes for the employees surely going to give a boost to the company performance
Better pay and bonus structure
Change the management. Provide better targets for store assistants instead of giving so many bonuses to the couriers, make it fair. Less waste of products. Get better system, too many transfers being sent with the same products that’s already in warehouse.
