The job was good. It was varied and had very good depth. There were obvious avenues for progression also (if you were the right candidate). The people were nice enough, but talked a lot. There were a lot of expectations because of this. Given production targets were important, work done was metered: some people would still work more, take everyone's work; causing many others to have lower numbers. Management were reasonable, though you are expendable and they will move you around as they see fit – in particular if you don't fit in. If you don't fit in in fact, they will likely get rid of you. What adds to that is there is plenty of room for error in doing the role, given concentration for 12 hours is the norm; as well as a multitude of other factors in the other roles. It seems if favour is not given to you as the worker, after your work , they will not consider, or at least heavily weigh against giving you work – the agency are fickle.
Good work, good pay, some progression opportunities
Hidden expectations - If your face doesn't fit... Haughtiness can make life very hard
another agency.get jobs on hand on peak periods term time holidaysseasonal easy to get full time contract if really work for it, and make a friend workplace cult can depend on you really hardest part of the job is introduction yourself if the company didn't even request you. colleagues you get
You get thrown around the whole factory where ever they need staff if youre not working with one specific team. No proper training to help you with that neither and no guaranteed hours (unless in a team)
Only 12hr shifts
I worked on the assembly line at Boots in Nottingham, this involved checking the labels on the goods and ensuring the batch number was readable. Management was very supportive of external duties. Some lines were faster than others, this could be hard to keep up with. The people I worked with were a friendly bunch, this made the day go quicker.
They say they've got hours and work to start immediately but never hear back from them and they don't pay you! I personally wouldn't go with them as they've messed my partner around with not paying him 3 times in a row, there a joke!
Nice friendly staff
Few hours/no hours whatsoever, dont pay what you earn, mess about

Would tell us we had a job which would last for a couple of months then only ended up getting 3 weeks of work, i enjoyed the placement where i was but lost it as they took on more people. they aren't very organised or fair.
Not organized and no security within work
worked with them for over 2 years, was good to start with but then never got many shifts in only because i had a few days off due to illness. the staff was rude and not understanding why i was off. they said if am going t be off sick to give them notice in advance how could i . Pay was alright due to long hours , but you never really hard a life it was work work work . even trying to book off a hoilday was a joke.
rude staff, young and unexpreince didnt have a clue
No two days are the same. The management are helpful and understanding, especially when dealing with unexpected problems. For me, a hard part of the job was long commutes as all posting so far have been in West Hull, this meant short-notice shifts proved a problem, but they understand.
In depth inductions
A typical day at work was good fun and time flew by, I learnt a lot about the food industry and everybody was friendly. you got a good time to have your lunch and they supplied good amount of breaks
