I enjoyed my time with these a bit hard to get hold off during covid 19 but was a decent agency and decent all over I wish I was still working with them cause they provided some stability needed in my life would recommend them If I asked what do you think off gi group agency as a whole they are a good bet compared to some off the agency I have been with thorgu 2000 to now
ReSonably hours reasonably pay and happy to help if they can
Lack off communication
I would call the agency to ask if they have an jobs available, and when given the opportunity I would come in on the afternoon shift. I would take food that has been packed and place them into boxes carefully for dispatch, then when enough boxes have been gathered i would load them into the vehicle.
They laid people off due to them having no work why hire people if your going lay them off after 1 month, there were some staff who were easy to get along with and there was some who sat there judging everyone else’s work to where they’d go and try snitch up them who wasn’t doing there jobs when they were doing the best on the day
I learned that team working is essential and not everyone can work at the same pace, and not everyone picks up the tasks as quick as everyone else, the work is repetitive so having a bit of banter with your work mates helps the shift go by quicker, I had very little contact with the management apart from when I was working on the late shift within the hygiene team, he was very approachable and made me feel welcome, The culture within the factory at times is difficult to cope with because of all the different nationalities who at times do not get on with each other, The hardest part of the job is having to change shifts from 6-2 to 2-10 then back again on a weekly basis I preferred the later shift, The most enjoyable part of the job was learning new skills the Pro sealer, learning some basics about chemicals with the hygiene team on the night shift.
I like this place . Everyday I had to work at a different location which frustrated me a lot. Inside there are many positions and roles for various jobs. I have key skills which helped me throughout my job for example picking, packing cartooning and many others. The hardest part of my job was the workplace as it was very cold inside and most of the time my hands and legs were numb. There wasn't any enjoyable part of the job as it was difficult and stressing.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
Was only there for a week due to problems at home. I’ve work for many years now this is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. They tell you the job you go for but when you start it is a different job you applied for altogether. They are rude to you, you only have one day off a week, you have to work every weekend but they don’t tell you that. If your going to apply here don’t look somewhere else.
Long hours. Your always been watch.
Don't give you advance notice if working or not like how they say required to. Not guaranteed hours you need to work to cover living expenses. When requiring about work sometimes staff are rude on the phone by trying to end the conversation as quickly as possible.
The place I worked at was terrible no organisation at all sacked for being ill the treatment of certain staff is obviously whether your face fits no training makes the rules up as they go along not reliable at all books staff then sends them home before you get chance to clock in
You get to go home
