Great work-life balance but need some lower managment review
Pretty good company to work for with a nice work-life balance but unfortunately for the work out in the salary doesn't reflect the market. Senior technicians can be very "off the tools" and not relay information between engineers and the rest of the business Regional Commercial Manager in Oxfordshire

Excellent CEO but poor Senior Management
Nepotism, favouritism, just pure lack of management experience in most cases. Bunch of nobodies in most companies all of a sudden find themselves in senior positions at Gigaclear. Been there for nearly 2yrs but not once did the GM looked me in the face during discussions. High staff turnover says it all but by all means join if you’re desperate and good luck to ya. Horrendous management
Management has clear favourites, which creates a divide due to this. While I was with gigaclear, it was obvious that the senior technician was not fit to command humans under him. Had clear favourites, tried to “banter” but was clear digs at people trying to make a living. Needed his head wobbled definitely. Work location; 2+ hour drives (should be on lodge for this). Chaotic once on site, no clue what was meant to be happening, spent countless days doing nothing due to the PIA administrator being a mong. Overall; A good and friendly bunch of people to work with, company van, fuel card etc, not looked after as an employee, bad pay and 0 progression.Customer Experience Advisor in Abingdon, Oxfordshire

Not a great place to work.
Not nice at all. They don't care about the staff or customers. Staff are treated like a cog in a wheel and promotions are based on popularity not substance. Customer Operations Advisor in Abingdon
