Fast paced but decent treatedIf your someone who gets on with your work and turns up you'll have no problems very respectful. Only people who don't turn up have a problem. Would have no problem recommending to others. They will be moving premises soon though

TerribleAt my time in Gilmour & Dean It became very apparent that there is a hierarchy which unless you are a part of you’re treated very poorly. Management within production is terrible, and their HR department is very clearly NOT for the people as they try to justify everything without listening. There is a complete lack of organisation and direction for example, they introduce a new system without showing anyone how to use it bar management and a selected few causing everyone in the factory to be left clueless. If they started listening to their employees who experience things first hand they would maybe improve, but that isn’t likely to happen given said hierarchy an their we know better attitude. I’m very glad I left the company while I had the chance. There is no wonder they have such a high turn over of staff, I would not recommend.
