Muy profesional, muy correcto y me valoraban mucho en lo personal y en lo profesional, especialmente la Managing Director, la Sra. Lorna Morgan.

Good place to work, great people. Not to busy at times but still a good team environment. Pay and holiday entitlement is 6 weeks and good Perks over Christmas time. Lots of opportunities to earn more also.

- Supportive environment
Areas for improvement
- Support from manager
- Time and location flexibility
- Energising work tasks
Absolutely rubbish. Not a retailer, more of a wholesale business. Lots of micro managing and tell and do management.
Management (Former Employee) - UK - 22 August 2020
Giorgio Armani uses the same business management model to all its business Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani and Armani Exchange. Training and development is non existent. Everything is dictated from Milan and managers in the UK just follow along. Conference calls across Europe are a joke as all other countries rarely say anything. Keep your mouth shut, never share your ideas you will get far.
Pros
Say hello and smile - that’s it. You will get far.
Cons
Friends and Family sale is a joke - 90% off discounts are swallowed up by head office fat cats.

Awful
none (Former Employee) - Liverpool, Merseyside - 15 January 2020
The store location is prime for customers. However, you get none. The best part about this place is the staff. You can go hours before you’ve even sold one thing as a shop. It’s quiet all day and you have to stand and refold jeans or tops 50 times, just to keep yourself busy. Hours are awful and you get no commission or appreciation for the effort you put in. Store will shut due to lack of meeting targets, don’t waste your time here as you’ll have to find another job in a few months.

Working for Giorgio Armani
Make-up Consultant (Current Employee) - Bath - 26 November 2019
Working for Giorgio Armani
Was an experience, I will never forget, the ingredients and minerals that go into the products are incredible. Finding out the history and craftsmanship behind a Privé, a lipstick, a foundation, can really make you look at make up and fragrance in a different way. The only problem is when you’re based in small towns like Bath and Bristol it is hard to exceed targets and get good commission, but given the opportunity working in either Harrods or Selfridge’s you are given the chance to excel more within the company and open a lot of doors.

Sales Assistant
Sales Assistant (Former Employee) - Liverpool, Merseyside - 9 April 2018
This location In Liverpool city centre wasnt the best place to work, You get a very basic wage, and had to work really hard to get a low commission on what ever products you sold in store.

Good
Stock Controller (Former Employee) - Trafford, Greater Manchester - 29 December 2017
Retail job but with more action other than selling, not bad to work for if you want to be in retail or fashion. Stock taking was good as in other stores!

nice brand products
Face Designer (Former Employee) - London - 12 August 2017
good place to work amazing products, salary is not good could do better with comm and discounts are not great either. Managers need to be more involved on counter and help with sales cleaning rather than sitting back and giving orders watching

Supervisor/Team Leader (Former Employee) - Regent Street - 21 June 2017
Having the luck to find the very first job in London at Armani Exchange has been what i really needed after having worked in Italy for so long underpayed.
A completely drama free zone in which i had the satisfaction i needed for doing my job the way i'm used to.
Pros
instructive

Productive
Sales Consultant (Former Employee) - Regents Steet - 11 April 2017
It was a very typical job role. I worked on weekends so it was relatively busy. Closing was stressful as we weren't given a lot of time if we hadn't met target.

great company, great people, great place to have worked.
store support manager (Former Employee) - Greenhithe, Kent - 28 March 2017
you never had the same day, there was always a new challenge. i learned how to run successful branch's through effective team development.
Club21 had a family culture throughout the entire business which made it a perfect place to work.
most enjoyable part of the job for me was working with my team, training and developing them and watching them progress within their role.

Heartless management with no understanding
Sales Assistant (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 24 March 2017
A discrage of a company the management take weeks to months to do something I was told I would be given the new season uniform in January 2017 and I was still waiting until March 2017 wearing the cheapest polo shirts they sell which with one wash was not even wearable also they gave me the cheapest pair of jeans I had to wear the same uniform for 4 months after keep washing the one pair of jeans which faded in colour. The concession was badly managed and the same colours who ever picked out the spring summer collection all navy and dark colours also I realised an upside down print of the Armani logo on a sweatshirt and dealt with many faulty items and customers complaining it is a disgrace of a company. No communication what so ever just left there on the shop floor.

Very diverse and fun place to work
Finance Assistant (Former Employee) - London, UK - 9 February 2017
Working in Armani meant meeting people from all over the world and learning how to work with different cultures. As the finance team was very small we were all very hands on and a great place to learn
