GCIL is great for helping disabled folks. The 2 year NHS Management trainee program is good but not as comprehensive as the Actual NHS Graduate scheme.
Would not recommend in the slightest bit. No protection from who you work from firing you, no job security. No training if already trained 'enough'. No appreciation, avoid like the plague!
Enjoy my time with take control very friendly and always listen to any problems or suggestions you need to talk about communication was good solved problems listened to you would recommend them and would work with them again training giving and very interesting
A great place to work. Everyone is approachable and there is a great team working environment.
Not all that enjoyable an experience, i was offered little training and the employer could no longer afford to pay me so I was let go.
