IT Technician in Kings Park, Glasgow
on 25 March 2022
Variable conditions - remote management
I worked in 2 different schools and the experience in each was very different. You were pretty much left to do as you wanted as management for technicians was in another school.
Cleaner in Glasgow, Glasgow
on 17 April 2022
Unfair and repetitive workplace
There is no pleasure or praise. they will pick on the quiet and those who don’t fit in. the work load is unfair to some and others get away with doing nothing
Facilities Management Assistant in Glasgow
on 18 March 2022
Another run of the mill place to work
Constantly being asked by Management to cover absent staff was demoralising. No pay rise for over 10 year's, we had to take industrial action to be awarded money which they owed us and we are still owed pension money which they are trying to pay as little as possible across the board. The kind of place where you must be known or suck up to a Manager for promotion.

Social Worker in Glasgow City, Glasgow
on 14 January 2022
No leadership
Poor management. However, competitive salary and good work life balance. Lack of opportunities to progress and will discriminate and promote friends.
