Development culture

If you want to progress, they will support that progression and help develop skills that you need. Glendale has quite a relaxed culture and from what I have seen management do take the time to get to know staff.Only issue is they want to grow the company and they are capable of doing so - just need to grow the teams to support the growth as some staff are stretched.

They expect too much

You start at 7:30 but don’t get paid until 8:00. Finish at 4:30 but expected to stay until clean up is done about 30 mins or 45 mins.. BUT YOU WILL NOT BE PAID FOR THIS… Even when you finish at 5:30. You will be expected to stay and clean up STILL YOU WONT BE PAIDWork through your lunch WONT get paid for itBonus scheme comes out your wages so don’t be fooled by thatOther than that
