Complete redo the swim school. Trust the teachers who are qualified, stop the "team" approach. They are all trained, and therefore can all make the decisions instead of only one teacher to do that. And stop having non swimmers and big pool swimmers in the same class, it doesn't make sense.

From my experience the 'interviewers' are juvenile females that are in 'senior management ' positions. They cannot spell and have very poor standards of literacy. Their 'management style' is one of play on the computer or mobile, hide in the office, ignore staff (apart from favourites) and generally treat their team like dirt.
