If you were in charge, what would you do to make GLL a better place to work?

  • Complete redo the swim school. Trust the teachers who are qualified, stop the "team" approach. They are all trained, and therefore can all make the decisions instead of only one teacher to do that. And stop having non swimmers and big pool swimmers in the same class, it doesn't make sense.

  • Ger rid of all the local 'senior management teams' as they are significantly absent and incapable. They make little if any difference other than to negatively impact staff morale and customer perceptions. No ideas, no leadership, no hope. The other option would be to lock the doors and throw the keys away.... this might be better.

  • Better communication between the management and the staff on the front line. Give the staff the equipment they need to do their classes. Listen to your staff. Train the managers to be good managers not jobs worth or at the opposite end of the spectrum do nothing managers

  • I would create it to become more accessible and easier to train staff and make sure they are confident in what they are completing to create a better working environment and for the company to achieve.

  • Start from scratch and get rid of all the useless cottam brown noses

  • I think it’s too far gone for that, look at public and former employee opinion, it’s a joke there
