Who are we?

Glow Green is a Green Energy Business. We offer our customers a diverse range of products to heat cool and store energy within the home. An intuitive business with a contemporary way of thinking our aims and objectives are derived from our customers and a futurist approach to the landscape of the green energy industry.

We are passionate about ensuring accessibility of such products is feasible to all our customers, providing them with the opportunity to take a more sustainable approach to the maintenance of their homes. Partnered with a number of highstreet bank lenders, namely Barclays bank, our customers can choose to spread the cost of their purchase by taking out a finance package to suit. This includes our most popular package, 0% APR over 2 years.

Our product offering to date includes A rated boilers, Air to Air Heat Pumps, Solar Panels, Battery Storage and Car Charging Points. Each of these products provides a solution to reducing our carbon emissions and contributes towards the government's initiative to achieve a net zero carbon emissions by 2050.

Our people?

The business has seen significant growth since our humble beginnings in 2011. Our joint affiliation with Utility Warehouse in more recent years has seen us incrementally expand year on year providing new job opportunities. Adding new products to our repertoire we have built new teams whilst adding to our current teams to provide the optimum service to our customers.

At Glow Green it’s imperative we continue to employ highly innovative and motivated staff to propel the company forward. With a futurist head on our shoulders we look for individuals with a positive attitude looking to make a difference.

Covid-19

Whilst we continue to endure the Covid-19 pandemic Glow Green have been adaptable to the change and continue to be fully operational. Already a highly digitised business operating out of a bespoke CRM system the move to migrate staff from an office based role to a working at home role has been relatively straightforward. The level of support offered to individuals remains unfaltered as we utilise digital communication channels such as Google Hangouts and Pure Cloud.

Our field staff are Covid equipped and adhere to a strict protocol in line with the government guidelines to stop the spread. Protecting our staff and customers is of the utmost importance and we will continue to revise these protocols to suit the risk level.
