Excellent place to work
Excellent all around. Excellent staff. Workload is fair. The customers are nice and also everyone at Glowgreen are a joy to be around. The jobs are fairly close also not too far out and easily commutable with a good amount of time to get to. A great company all around.

Customer Relations
The start was really good but then it became apparent some behaviours do not portray a positive working environment. Unfortunately the behaviours are not dealt with causing many staff to leave. The company are trying to push solar sales but the aftercare has not been considered causing a lot of issues for customers and staff who tried to resolve the problems. There are managers/staff who want and try to make things work and there are those who see their day as ‘do what I want, when I want’ and don’t see how their behaviour effects others. Performance management, one to one’s and ongoing reviews are desperately needed. The company needs HR to be office based and a urgent restructure of management, although there are one or two managers who are fantastic there are also those who are seriously failing to run their teams as they should be. The staff turnover is absolutely horrendous!! I have never worked for a company who lose so many staff and regrettably that speaks volumes of GG. The directors need to start questioning why staff leave and maybe the company has chance of surviving or I can see it going horribly wrong. Extra holidays and a new website won’t help solve the many problems that are there. I suggest the directors investigate the staff retention numbers and leaving interviews sooner rather than later or the company will continue to have a poor reputation in the area. It’s hard to get people through the door for interviews, let alone retain them.

Great place to work
Been here for a while now, the pay is decent. the hours are good. The management have it spot on. Its a very mature environment you are left to manage yourself and get on with the job in hand. out of all the sales jobs I have had this is everything I have been looking for.

Good Vibes & Pay
Working for Glow Green as a Account Manager is great. Lots of change happening which is fast as the company moved away from being a boiler company to offering lots of new Renewable products. something Im really interested in as its the future. The Uk is changing fast and GG seem to be at the front of this. Im looking forward to progressing and seeing what the next year holds with all the changes.

Very nice and friendly environment, respectful but friendly approach between colleagues, comprehensive and flexible
I'm really happy working here,I have felt engaged and encouraged by management Fair salary and opportunities to growth and earn bonuses Will recommend it to anyoneA typical work day for me includes Customer Service, reviewing chances and opportunities for customers, support by the management and team work with other departmentsIs a really friendly place and family culture as management is flexible and you are able to review chances in different roles to know what you feel more comfortable with When it comes to finance every customer could have specific situations that doe not always fit the requirements of the lenders but with the support of an engaging team everything is sorted without overly pressuring you in your role
