i joined GlowGreen about 6 months ago and i am very happy with the way they work and the work place and how welcoming they make you feel, in every job i have been at i have never been excited to get into work apart from GlowGreen.

Amazing company to work with

I joined here around 4 months ago and the journey has been really nice. Love the job culture, environment and everyone is really supportive and helpful throughout. Amazing company to work with :-)

I have joined Glow Green 7 months ago and the culture I found here is the best of all I've seen in any other company.Everyone is really nice and helpful.Five stars for the management support level.

Every day is different, the people are great. You will learn so much. There are some downsides but if you raise them in the correct way you will be listened to and they will be changed. Rare for a sales company

in my 5 months at working at glow green my knowledge of renewable energy and financial conduct has increased tenfold. It's a great atmosphere to work in, friendly team and strong leadership. Plenty of opportunities to grow internally.

Working at glowgreen

Working at glowgreen for the last 6 months has been amazing compared to my last job, which i was scared to make the life change however I am grateful everyday I made the career move when I did. The company is a large office and lots of friendly staff members, everybody makes you feel welcome. its not a typical 'call centre' no big boards management watching your every move, or timing toilet and breaks which is a great culture to be in. The hours are fine, parking is difficult and expensive, especially walking back to car in the dark alone can be hard but thats it, everything else is good. Managers are also really caring and actually want to speak to you and understand you as a person, rather than a number.

Lovely building, near lots of food places, friendly peers and amazing managers, great parties

Not hybrid - parking expensive

Worst job ive had

Poor management, do not care about staff you are just a number to them. Owner has no idea how to run a business and thinks he is above everyone. I would not recommend anyone to work here

A Definite Step Upwards

Since joining the company, I have successfully completed my probation period in half the usual time, having pushed for an early review because I was so sure both parties wanted me to stay. The atmosphere in the office is busy but relaxed, the whiole team is very collaborative & approachable. I feel much more appreciated and valued than in my previous employment.

Excellent all around. Excellent staff. Workload is fair. The customers are nice and also everyone at Glowgreen are a joy to be around. The jobs are fairly close also not too far out and easily commutable with a good amount of time to get to. A great company all around.

Been here for a while now, the pay is decent. the hours are good. The management have it spot on. Its a very mature environment you are left to manage yourself and get on with the job in hand. out of all the sales jobs I have had this is everything I have been looking for.

Working for Glow Green as a Account Manager is great. Lots of change happening which is fast as the company moved away from being a boiler company to offering lots of new Renewable products. something Im really interested in as its the future. The Uk is changing fast and GG seem to be at the front of this. Im looking forward to progressing and seeing what the next year holds with all the changes.

Really enjoy the laid back culture, supportive management team and great career prospects. It is busy, but that makes the day go quickly. I like that I have the opportunity to earn extra money with overtime if I want it.

Overall rating- * A circus with a blind ringleader would run a better day to day operation than the senior team at Glow Green. If the owners I include telecom plus in this, as they are the majority shareholder actually cared about what was happening they’d install a senior team and put aside the current operations team. Job work/ life balance/ * If the current senior team could have you working 24/7 they would. Not enough hours in the day, not enough customer service staff to deal with the number of calls/ complaints or tickets. The system is broken, if the senior team didn’t have so many “meetings” and actually took just 1 call from the many that come in they’d understand the depressing mood in the office. An offer of the occasional bacon sandwich isn’t going to fix that!Salary/Benefits- * They tell you not to talk about wages as if it’s some government secret. The reason being you could be sat next to your colleague who’s earning £1000 more for doing the same job as you, because the interviewer thought they’d be a good fit at time of interview.Often the long serving most knowledgeable staff are overlooked, usually because they’ve seen the circus and it’s performers put on a show before.Job Security- * There is none, if there’s a promotion in the offing, a chance to get one over on somebody most in the company will take it and you’ll soon find yourself in a meeting for one reason or another.Management- * If the part owner took as much time picking their senior team as they do their sandwich from a local deli the business may have a chance of success! Job Culture- -
